ST1
Prior to 6 month review:

Prior to 12 month review
- 3 x COT or mini-CEX
- 3 x CbD
- 1 x MSF,
- 1 x PSQ, if in primary care
- DOPS

ST2
Prior to 6 month review
- 3 x COT or mini-CEX
- 3 x CbD
- PSQ, if not completed in ST1
- DOPS

Prior to 12 month review

ST3 (Primary Care)

Like full time trainees, less than full time trainees must have a review every six months and must complete the minimum numbers of DOPS, mini CEXs, COTS and CBDs for these reviews in order to provide enough information on which to base judgements about their progression. However, the MSF and PSQ for less than full time trainees must be completed by the mid point of your ST1 and ST3 training, not at the 6 month point.
